  • What is included in a Regular Cleaning
    -All exterior surfaces in all rooms are wiped and dusted -All floors are vacuumed and mopped -All trash is emptied -Bedroom (sheets changed, bed made) -Bathroom (toilet cleaned, shower, tub, mirror) -Kitchen (sink cleaned, counters wiped, outside of appliances wiped, inside of microwave wiped, dishwasher loaded and ran)
  • What is included in a Deep Cleaning
    A deep cleaning includes all the services of a regular clean plus: -Inside the fridge (wiping shelving) -Inside the oven (getting rid of oven grime) -Inside of kitchen cabinets -Baseboards
  • What is included in a Move In/ Out Cleaning?
    A Move In/ Out Cleaning includes the same services as a deep clean and: -Help packing/unpacking boxes (resident provides boxes) -Additional help moving furniture can be discussed
  • What is recommended for a first time client?
    Each first time client will receive a Deep Cleaning for the price of a standard clean (dependent on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms). This will allow our team to easily keep up with the cleaning and reduces the cost you pay for future services!
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    We understand things happen and appointments have to be rescheduled! Any appointments canceled 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Any appointments canceled within 48 hours, your account will be credited for future cleanings. Any cancellations within 24 hours will result in a non-refundable full charge.
  • What are your hour of operations?
    Our services are available: Monday- Friday: 8am-9pm Saturday: 9am-6pm Sunday: 9am-5pm Contact us to for accommodation outside of our operation hours!
  • Do you have a rescheduling fee?
    We do not have a rescheduling fee as long as it done before 48 hours of the appointment. Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours will be subject to a $30 rescheduling fee.
  • What happens if I scheduled a reoccurring clean but want to cancel one of the cleans?
    As long as the cancellation falls within out cancellation policy, you will not be charged for the cleaning!
  • When is my clean?
    Upon filling out our booking form, you will receive an email containing information regarding your appointment.
  • Will the same Home Specialist come every time?
    Yes. We want each of our Home Specialist to get comfortable with the areas they are attending to. This leads to your place getting cleaned just the way you want every time! We do have to mention that our Home Specialist have personal lives, get sick, etc. If this is the case, we will ask to reschedule or send another Home Specialist that is fully instructed with your preferences.
  • Do I have to be home for the cleaning?
    You do not! You can give us instructions as to how to enter your home. We do recommend being there for the initial cleaning to point out any focus areas and do a brief walkthrough with our Home Specialist .
  • Can I trust your Home Specialist ?
    Of course! All of our Home Specialist are background checked and thoroughly instructed on performing the best job possible!
  • What sort of products do you use?
    We only use ECO FRIENDLY products. Hard products are only used for specific reasons (calcium build up on shower doors, etc).
  • What is something breaks?
    Although rarely does it occur, accidents happen. Please contact our office immediately to resolve the issue with our insurance.
  • What happens if the Home Specialist stays shorter than the scheduled time?
    Our Home Specialist are trained to always fill the time with cleaning. They will find something else to clean to get your full booking's worth!
  • What if I am not happy with my cleaning?
    If there is any issue with the service, please contact our office within TWO days to resolve the issue. We will do our best to reschedule the service at no cost to you!
