What is the difference between each clean?

REGULAR

Regular cleanings start at $90 for a one bedroom, two hour clean at a weekly rate. 
Prices increase depending on the number of bedrooms and cleaning rate (weekly, bi-weekly, etc).
Cleaning includes:

  • Bedroom

    • Sheets changed and bed made​

  • Kitchen

    • Sink cleaned​

    • Exterior of appliances wiped

    • Inside of microwave wiped

    • A single dishwasher load 

  • Bathroom

    • Toilet cleaned​

    • Shower and tub cleaned

    • Mirror wiped

  • All exterior surfaces will be wiped and dusted (shelving, furniture, windows, etc.)

  • All floors will be vacuumed and mopped

  • All trash will be emptied


Additional services may be added during booking

DEEP

Deep cleanings start at $110 for a one bedroom, three hour clean at a weekly rate. 
Prices increase depending on the number of bedrooms and cleaning rate (weekly, bi-weekly, etc).
Cleaning includes:

  • All services of a regular clean

  • Inside the fridge (shelves wiped, etc.)

  • Inside of oven (getting rid of oven grime)

  • Inside of kitchen cabinets

  • Baseboards

MOVE IN/OUT

Move In/Out cleanings start at $220 for a one bedroom, three hour plus clean at a weekly rate. 
Prices increase depending on the number of bedrooms.
Cleaning includes:

  • All services of a deep clean

  • Help packing/unpacking boxes (resident provides boxes)

  • Additional help moving furniture can be discussed

MOVE IN/OUT

Move In/Out cleanings start at $220 for a one bedroom, three hour plus clean at a weekly rate.
